Accommodation
· There are lockers in every room you can use; just bring a lock of your own
· Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided
· Please bring your own towels
Hall
· Mat or blanket to put on the floor
· Seat cushion or low seat – no high chairs
· Booklet or paper to take notes, color pens
· Water bottle
· Blinder – we have simple blinders for new students
Outdoors
Because we are doing disciplines outside, you best adapt your clothing: good shoes, rain gear, thick clothing (1068 meter above sea)
Shuttles
The Shuttle from Bern Airport is cancelled.
But we drive you: Geneva Airport – Lenk – Geneva Airport
Tuesday: Mai 13 2014 at 1.30 pm
Wednesday: Mai 14 2014 at 11.30 am
If you would like us to pick you up at Lenk im Simmental Train Station, you should mail us (lenk@ram-europa.com) your arrival time at Lenk Train Station.

HOW TO GET TO SPORTILIA

- By air: Everyone arriving by plane will land at Bologna Airport.
A shuttle service will be arranged from Bologna Airport, it will take you directly to Sportilia. The cost will depend on the number of people who will take that shuttle.

- By car from the North, East, or West: Take the autostrada Bologna - Ancona marked A 14 to the Cesena Nord Exit. Then take the highway marked E 45 direction Rome to the San Piero in Bagno Exit. Follow signs for Santa Sofia-Spinello-Sportilia.
From the South: Take the highway marked E 45 direction Ravenna to the San Piero in Bagno
Exit. Follow signs for Santa Sofia-Spinello-Sportilia.
