I have been watching for this over the past year.

I THINK….

Silver is about to go up hitting a big high by the end of spring. This past week, several well known sources have independently reiterated this.

However, if you can afford to wait, after its rapid climb, silver will consolidate. And when the ‘smart guys and gals’ buy up all the silver that has just been sold (hopefully not your silver), it should go much higher.
